Noa Samish

I was Born in the USA and raised in Israel. My movement journey  began through rhythmic gymnastics, competing internationally and later also coaching and judging. Alongside gymnastics, I studied sports science and earned a certification from the Wingate Institute, giving me a strong foundation in movement knowledge and training. My love for the body’s potential led me to contemporary dance, training professionally with the Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company Pro Program and completing my undergraduate studies at SEAD in Salzburg, where I had the privilege of working with leading choreographers and performing in productions like Chowantschina at the Salzburg Festspielhaus.

I discovered Pilates through my mother, a longtime practitioner, and was immediately captivated by how it strengthened, aligned, and deepened my understanding of the body. In 2022, I completed the BASI® Comprehensive Teacher Training Course (CTTC) and have been teaching ever since. I work with dancers, athletes, opera singers, and clients from all walks of life, tailoring sessions to support their movement, strength, and wellness goals.

Whether in dance or Pilates, my approach blends discipline, artistry, and curiosity- helping every client move with confidence, awareness, and joy. After all, everything we do in life is a little dance.
